As a newbie to this site and to the world of snake keeping, it would be great to see pictures of people's various set ups. Please post pics of your Home made cages. One's made out of wood, rubbermaid containers, store bought set ups, whatever. It would be great to see how the experts and fellow snake enthusiasts house their snakes 8)

Here's a pic of Caesar's set up. (He's a cape gopher...I don't have a bp yet.) And this is an old picture...the cage has since been refurbished a bit. I'll try to get a newer pic one of these days!

Question on green water dragon?
Judy - what kind of substrate is that?
I am thinking of trying eco earth... If anyone has a picture of it that would be great...
ps I really like your water dish too

That's eco-earth in the picture. Works great!
I've since switched his waterdish to something smaller. He never soaked in it or anything, so I thought he'd appreciate more room instead. I'll probably use that dish for my bp when I get it later this summer!

JLC, That is a nice piece of wood. Where did you get it? It looks like grape vine but is bigger than any I've found.

Thanks Judy, I thought it might be. It looks nice!
So you'll be getting a ball soon huh? Thats awesome!

Hi Kane....that is grapevine. I got it at a local petstore. They have a really big pile of the stuff and some pieces are a lot bigger than that one...but that one was a really nice shape for propping up. I've got it in my beardie cage now so he has something to climb up and get closer to his UVB light when he wants to.
