What is the best chelonian I can get? I dont want something very aquatic so probably a Tort of some kind?

Nothing TOO big....I want something small and that can fit into a nice 55 gallon!

I have read that they are content to roam around....what is a good tort for anything like this..ya know tame...laid back....etc etc.

Also what kind of UVB if any?

Well I've heard Herrmanns Tortoises don't grow to big, but they're expensive.

Russians and box turtles. Truthfully, no tortoise would fit in a 55, but an aquatic turtle would. Like I told you on aim, you NEED an outdoor cage.
