I've had him for 3 days so far we're still getting used to each other but he seems to be getting used to his surroundings pretty quickly, I hold him on occasion and he's a very curious little guy, less nervous now and doesn't mind when I grab him, gonna try our first feeding this week and see how it goes! I'm located in the San Fernando Valley California

Congrats on the new addition then! Usually takes about a week and then he will be all warmed up and ready! I was wondering if you are close....but exactly the other side of the country

I would try to not handle the little guy until he had at least 1 or 2 meals in him

He's a cutie! You might want to stuff some crumpled up newspaper in that hide until he grows into it, but if he eats with it as is, that's just as good.

Yeah I'm hoping for the best this week hoping he eats normally, if not I might have to get him more comfortable to his new surroundings maybe shrink it down a big newspapers a good idea thanks

I've been handling and he doesn't seem to have any problems with it so far, he's pretty shy still but he hasn't struck me or tried to so I'm thinking he doesn't mind it but I'm sure with some food he'll be happier hehe

He's gorgeous! What made you choose Bubba as his name?!
I had a corn that I'd named Lieutenant Dan, and my current BP's are Forrest & Jenny LOL.
