    Freedom Breeder vs ARS??

What are your opinions on Freedom Breeder and ARS racks? ARS racks are a little more expensive, but I'm willing to spend extra for what works better. What are the qualities that make most people choose one or the other?

If it were me, I'd probably lean towards Freedom Breeder since they're closer than ARS in Indiana.

ARS makes better racks. Their design and quality are just a notch above Freedom Breeders. Both are good racks, but I wouldn't spend my money on a freedom breeder if I had the choice.

I have and love my ARS racks, but if I lived on the west coast, I'd probably have Freedom Breeder, because of the shipping cost. Both racks are top notch and you can't go wrong with either.

    Video comparison

I have both the Freedom Breeder 1020-70 (newest 2017 model) and the ARS 5040 Hybrid (also 2017) and I made a video comparison of the two.

    Re: Freedom Breeder vs ARS??

ARS Hybrids are several hundred dollars cheaper than Freedom Breeder and you save another couple hudred on shipping with ARS because they're lighter. I think I figured it was $800 less to go with the ARS 7030. Quality wise they're about the same.

I’ve owned both. ARS in my honest unbiased opinion is a step above

I am not a big rack person, but if I was going to go that route, ARS would be my choice. I have been extremely impressed with them in person.
