    Engine 2 Diet

I'll be doing the 28 day challenge all February with my wife. It is pretty much a vegan diet.

I'm really not doing it for weight loss. I'm trying it to lean out, so I'm adding in some vegan acceptible protein suppliments that are low fat. My overall goal is to get below down to 10% fat. My wife is going to the weight lose.

Has anyone else tried this diet and had any success with it? Any particular meals that are really good that a meatatarian would be satisfied with?

    Re: Engine 2 Diet

Hope its going well for you! I know this is old but we made a lifestyle change about a month ago and are pretty much 100% vegan. I started using the meal plans from the Happy Herbivore blog. I've also incorperated Engine 2 recipes into it. I love it so far. My husband is into body building and has to supplement some protien but he's down 11 pounds and I'm down about 5. That's just from changing our eating habits. I'm working on fitting in more exercise to get the baby weight off but with a four month old its hard to find the time and not be exhausted too. You should check out the documentary Forks Over Knives if you haven't watched it yet. Crazy stuff!!
