I have been trying to get ahold of someone at Neodesha and no one answers the phones or returns calls, have left several messages. Does anyone know if they are still in business or did they go out of business again?? Allie

    I read this:

Announcement : The Neodesha office computer network will be down for the next week due to maintenance & upgrades. We will unfortunately not be able to receive or answer to E-Mails until these upgrades are complete.

    Thank you for your patience.

No clue how long that has been up - and this likely doesnt help you out a whit - but I can confirm the 866 numer is not answered and the local 941 number rings forever before rolling over to a confused-sounding and vague message prompt.

Hopefully they have not done anything rash like try to transition to VOIP phone - though that would explain a lot . . . the horror . . . the horror . . .

Voice over IP. We've been using it without a glitch for a couple of years at my office. Apparently his experience has been slighty different.

Basically, it means that your phones are run through a network switch like networked computers and can be at the same site as your primary business location or anywhere else as long as they can be identified by a unique IP address. So you can have staff work from home or another office and have their calls routed directly through your primary phone system with extensions like the phones on site, seamlessly to the end-user.

Using your computer network and IP addressing for voice instead of phone lines. We went from ISDN to VOIP for 280 users the (vendors will kill me if I name them) route - had some issues with echo, inability to receive inbound calls from outside the facility, volume fluctuation, no caller ID, intermittent loss of long distance capabilities and echo echo echo. Once the vendors stopped pointing the finger at each other and were forced to work together everything magically ironed out. It was a tedious transition that lasted over half a year after we'd laid the infrastructure . . . not as tedious as my post here derailing this chica's thread but . . .

    ANIMAL PLASTICS!!!

For the $$$, I do not think there is a better plastic cage on the market than what they produce!!!! Their customer service is second to none.
