    New BHB pick up!

    [IMG][/IMG]
    [IMG][/IMG]

So I just picked up a Ghost Ball Python from Brian at BHB. I follow his twitter, and 2 weeks ago he put up a picture of a clutch that hatched out on 11/26 of Ghosts and Ghost Pins. The Ghost Pins were awesome, but $1,100! But the Ghosts were really nice looking with the orange blushing so I called yesterday and asked if I could buy one from that exact clutch. He just came in today and is very nice. My iPhone still does not capture his colors all that great but he is very nice! Would you guys consider him a "orange" ghost? Thanks for looking.

    Congrats!

Check him for mites. I have purchased a bunch of snakes from Brian at the White Plains show and they were all fine. I ordered a couple over the phone and they came in with mites. I have seen some posts where they said it seems to happen quite a bit.

I used Provent-A-Mite while they were in quarantine and got rid of the bugs quickly. The guy at Provent-A-Mite said BHB has been very good for his business.

I have never bought from BHB. Never even looked there, because I have read many threads about his snakes coming in with mites. No thanks,

But Congrats on your new pick up. I think better pictures are in order.

More than likely, but a good question to ask before actually purchasing an animal.

Yea BHB just lists them as ghosts. I didnt really ask. I saw him on twitter when he first hatched from a ghost pinstripe clutch and the ghosts all had alot of orange blushing so i just assumed they were orange ghosts. Thanks

He is beautiful Congrats on the new pickup!

I have bought seven snakes from BHB and they are all beautiful and healthy, but I am going to pick up some prevent a mite anyway, it will come in handy someday.
