My friend has a 4-foot Sonoran Mountain king that she has at her pet shop on consignment. It has just shed, and she was handling it and noticed a small hard bump on its side. It feels like a really hard little pimple or something. It is not a tick, though, but rather something completely under the skin. Any ideas?

    totally unrelated computer question

Sounds like a small burn. Happened to Goldy when she decided to play with the lights.
