Wow, nice storm pics! And nice snakes too! That hoggie face is adorable! I have a Canon Rebel on my Xmas list. How are you holding up under the storm?

We made it through without a scratch. My town and most of the surrounding towns were at 100% power loss and a bunch of fallen trees. Mystic Ct. streets were flooded a good 2-3 feet of water so im sure most of the stores down town are ruined

You should look into these new powershots they are insane! I actually sold my Canon Rebel SXI for me it was a pain to find the correct lens-lenses for the shots i dont even want to know how much a lens would cost that does 50x zoom and not sure if they even make a lens that does 200x digital zoom. Rebels are great for me the powershots are more practical save a buck too.

nice collection pics! and nice pics of sandy, glad everyone is ok and all their animals are safe. All my friends lost power, and my cousins apartment was washed out, she lost everyone and i was sitting in my living room during the storm and got nothing except some rain and broken branches.

Fine. We lost power for an hour on monday nite. Other than that we were fine. Some parts of my town still doesnt have power though. Alot of the houses down on the beach got flooded and some got damaged from the wind.
