The lens it comes with is very good, but we also have a few other macro lenses as well. They are expensive but very easy to use. I know next to nothing about cameras and I can take really great pics with this camera. Its like a DSLR but the size of a point and shoot

I recently purchased a Canon Powershot SX50 and i have nothing but good things to say about it. I have had dslr cameras in the past and i hate dealing with extra lenses. The sx50 has a 50x zoom and takes great pictures/ videos all around great camera.

I recently picked up a Fuji FinePix S4500. It's a point and shoot with a 30x mechanical zoom. It's less expensive than the (probably better) Panasonic recommended above. It was in my price range and had the type of zoom I was looking for.

I picked up a canon 20d and am very happy with it so far.

Here are some pics from my first day with it, still lots of room to improve but i'm happy with it!
