Carmen is the new female crestie who came home yesterday. Her normal color is olive green, and she is quite a bit bigger than Waldo and Scooby. Here is Carmen inside the enclosure that Waldo and Scooby used to occupy
We got her out for a handling session because she's not been handled much at all and we want to get her used to it. She did quite a bit of jumping from each of us to another and we decided that was the main event in geckolympics. Here she is on Jessica:
3.1.1 BP (Snyder, Hanover, Bo Peep, Sir NAITF, Eve), 1.2.3 Rhacodactylus ciliatus (Sandiego, Carmen, Scooby, Camo, BABIES ), 1.0 Chow (Buddha), 0.2 cats (Jezebel, PCBH "Nanners"), 0.3 humans

 Judy, I'm sorry, but I can't make her not be cute! Don't you love the "smile" they have? And so low maintenance that a reasonably responsible child could easily care for them. Not to mention time to tame them is approximately equal to time to get them out of their enclosures.

Hee hee, there ya go! A single crestie will be okay in a ten gallon if you turn it on its end for several months, though a 20 gal will last one forever. Dean couldn't possibly resist the charm of a crestie.
