Princess Bubblegum and ASF Feeders!

Hey all!

I have never posted or talked about my pet rat so I figured I would finally post some pictures of her.

Story - She was bought as a small pup to feed to one of my BP's. BP wouldnt take her so I kept her as a pet cuz she was so dang cuuute. I have had many rat pets in the past so I have no problems with them. Anyways she was still too young to eat solid food so I hand fed her kitten milk 3 times a day for a week. After that week she started on solid foods and drinking out of a bottle!

My hand feeding her I think really really made a difference because she is so hand friendly and she NEVER stops licking! If I put my hand in the cage she just constantly licks it and same if I have her out lol.

Downside and plus side. She is so freeking hyper!!! She is just non stop all the time. Crazy hyper. But I dont mine lol just makes her hard to handle sometimes.

Anyways my friend who is a rat breeder and has bred many rats and I think that she is 100% a dumbo because she has huge ears!

The tip of her tail is pink instead of the brown ish colour.

Also on the topic of rats,

the bumblebee and spider I picked up are not eating f/t so I convinced mom to let me have 1 bin with a trio of ASFs in it (she really really didnt want me to breed rats but luckily shes very understanding and I told her how these 2 snakes need live rats and that breeding would be easier)

I got them from the friend of mine who breeds rats. Got the 1.2 for only $10! Woot.

The male is uber sketchy and skittish. The female with red eyes is really calm and lets you handle and pet her and the other female is kinda iffy but she doesnt mind being pet.

You can see I have a plastic wheel in the tub right now but that was just cause I needed a wheel ASAP and I just happened to be at the petstore that day. I guess petsmart doesnt carry metal wheels any more so I just got that one temporarily. I am sure it will be chewed up soon if I dont get a metal one lol.

Yay rats! Bubblegum is indeed a dumbo. She's very cute. Does she have a wheel too? Maybe having one will help her burn that extra energy off

Cute! Bubblegum is definitely a dumbo, compare how her ears are set on the side of her head instead of more upwards like most rats. I've always had a lot of luck with berkshire-patterned rats as pets, really great temperaments (and my hoodeds are jerks, lol. I know its probably coincidence, but its entertaining).

Your ASFs are pretty adorable too, good luck with them, and with your picky feeders!

LOL I am Jake and my sisters boyfriend is Finn. Seriously haha. I have a Jake wallet and hat and he was the Finn wallet and hat.
