    New baby

So while out shopping for another chameleon I ran into this baby ball python at a small hole in the wall petshop by my house. So rather then get the Jacksons chameleon I had planned I came home with Enso. Shes been doing great, had her first feeding at home with no problems, and has lost all of her shyness after the initial week. I had assumed that she was just a normal ball python, but she looks much brighter then all the other babys I've seen since. I'm not sure if its just because shes young or she may be a pastel. What do you guys think?

Yeah I was gonna say it looks like a reduced normal! No alien heads on it or really any spots. A good snake! I take it you had it sexed or bought it as a she? I just bought a female normal at an expo...for the price that they are at expos you cant go wrong with having normal girls when you want to breed!

    Re: New baby

Do you have any belly pics you can post? The second picture you posted does show some side flames, but the third not so much. A yellowbelly will appear a little brighter ( more yellowish overall) than a classic, but would need to see the belly to tell. A nice looking snake regardless.

Very pretty. I would go with reduced pattern normal as well.
