I'm not talking about a bp when I say that I got it. I finally got the humidity/temperatures just right! Right now on the cool side the temp is about 85'F and on the warm side, about 95'F! The humidity is 55%. Now that I'm going to start feeding her small rats, and with her perfect enviroment, I think I'm going to have one healthy snake here. All I have to say for those who have a temp/humidity problem is to not give up. I didn't for a year and now I don't have to.

Congratulations. It will be better when you can get those temps down another 3-5 degrees on each side so that when they fluctuate with house temp, they still stay within the recommended range (75F-95F). Anything over 95F can lead to stress issues and affect health.

Yes, the humidity is definitely right in range, and I'm sure Bernice is pleased with you for it.

Great and mighty hunter
Natural environment is definitely more attractive for display, but it's also more difficult to keep clean, so there are tradeoffs with whichever approach you take. Any particular accessories you have your eye on? I really liked the volcano mister I found through the link Smulkin left to ReptileDirect.com.

I was thinking about some fake plants, a climbing branch, and maybe a rock. WOW, a volcano mistier! That's probably on everybody's wishlist

Definitely on mine, but then I need some herps with higher humidity requirements. FWIW, I saw Michael's had their silk vines and such on sake for 50% off. You might be able to find something you like there.
