hi, my ball pythons skin feels kinda loose, not like, sagging loose, but kinda loose, and he hasnt been eatin noramlly lately, i think its cuz of the winter fasting, im feeding him either one or two adult mice, it depends if he wants one or two, or even one at all. i think i should move it up to a rat, but the person told me not to feed him rats untill he eats two mice regularly. is the skin being a little loose a problem?

    is this a problem??

Sounds like your bp may be losing weight from fasting or has loose skin because it is dehydrated. May want to consult a vet.

If it's dehydration you should notice dry flaky scales, possible dented eyes as well.

If it's fasting then you should do your best to get it eatin. Could be a serious problem, may not be. The skin on my herps gets loose around shed time.
