    How many females?

I have about 3 live eaters, and my local feeder seller is barley open anymore.
I'm considering breeding some to save money and time since the local feeder is a ways away.
My 3 live eaters all eat hoppers, so I was wondering when I start my colony, how many females I would need to get around 3 hoppers to eat a week.

The rule of thumb is one female per snake. And to breed them in shifts, instead of all at once. This way you have a constant supply of hoppers without letting them out grow the snake.

    hope this helps!
