tounge sticking out
umm i just fed my snake about 48 hours ago and now he is sticking his tounge out alot does that mean he is still hungry

How big is your snake and how big was the meal? Theres a chance it is still hungry if the meal was too small. If you feed live or if you drop f/t in overnight the smell could still be lingering and that could be why he is still flicking his tongue a lot but there are a number of other reasons he could be doing this too...

well he is about 27 in long and i feed him live and i up the sized of the mouse i dont feed rats yet and wat are the other reasons he could be doing this

How often are you feeding him... 27 in long should be eating rats by now. You should get a scale and track his weight not too good with the length thing I understand weight in grams better. A good rule of thumb is feeding a prey item that is as thick as the thickest part of your snakes body or if you know his weight a prey item should be 10-15% his weight in grams.

Possibly some mouse urine in the substrate that he is still smelling...

ok.... the reason im not feeding rats is cause the pet store i go to does not have rats they sell mice in all diffrent sizes

If that is the case I would probably feed 2 mice at each feeding or feed him on a 3-4 day basis. I have 2 guys that I have to feed 2 mice at a time cuz they are both over 700g and wont touch rats. I think my spinnerblast is around the same length as yours and he eats 2 at a time. Mousers need to be fed more often in order to maintain a steady growth pattern as mice are not large enough for juvenile and adult ball pythons if you are feeding just one mouse a week...
