Thanks to all the great info and tips from the members on this site my bp Ozzy had a great first shed.
He finally left his hot side hide last night and went back to his cool side hide. Thursday was the first time he ever stayed in his hide on the hot side and he never left it until last night.
Then I came home from work for lunch and i noticed he was still in his cool side hide and i saw a big lump of something and realized it was his shed.
So i opened up the cage and sure enough he did his whole shed without leaving his hide. The whole thing came off in one long strip, looks like it broke loose under his jaw and he just crawled out. Check the skin and eye caps in place on shed.
So it looks as if our first shed together was a success!

    thanks to everyone
i really wanted to see it
How in the heck did he get it off in the tight little hide???
Oh well maybe next time I will get to see it

Congrats to Jotay and Ozzy! That's definitely a good sign. It is very cool to watch a snake having a good shed -- it looks like they're pulling off pantyhose without any hands.
