where the word F*** came from? I do. Bri brought home this article from an old 1985 Easy Rider Magazine he found at work. I thought it was kinda funny, but adds to my data base of useless knowledge. Bri came home and said "he ya go, brought you something to add to your data base of useless knowledge".
In the "Well-Chosen Words" (Oct85) it says that the word f*** came from the German word frigon. Well, thats wrong. It originally came from England in the 1800's. When a bobby (cop) busted a prostitute, she was charged with F.*.*.*. (For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge). They eventually forgot the periods, so thus came the word f***.
I thought it was funny but interesting, had to share.

I've known thatfor 10 years, lol. There is this counselor here and everytime I say it, which is often enough, he sees the need to tell me. Only he has a different version of it, but close enough.
