Well I feed Ozzy tonight and moved him out of his cage into a box with newspaper and a hide to feed him.
All went well the mouse was in there maybe 2 seconds and he snatched it, I swear he is like my son and NOT gonna miss a meal.
Thanks to everyone for your advice on this.
I hope to have pics soon!

It's always a pleasure (and a sure load of our back ) when they accept their prey. Good work, congrats.

Congrats on the feeding.
We will be waiting on the pics.

Glad to hear Ozzy ate! I think the not eating thing typically stresses us out a lot more than it does them, as sensitive to stress as they are.

I'm trying to feed my snake that i just bought today. I gave it a frozen mouse and she's just been staring at it for hours. What should I do? My snake was fed a week ago in the pet store but has only been fed live mice. Should I keep trying to feed her frozen mice?

New to the ball python world, a quick question about feeding
if you just got the snake then you shouldn't be thinking about feeding yet at all. put it in a quiet room for a week or two and let him get used to his surroundings. then offer him something to eat after he settles in.
