    Wooohoooo

My bp has been active nonstop since I got home from work yesterday. It is 10 o' clock in the morning and he is still trying to escape. Just now, he was getting some water and turned back towards me. I waived at him and he started wagging his tail like a dog. It is the craziest thing I have seen. Wish I had a video camera. Everybody probably thinks I'm nuts. Has anyone else's bp done this?

    Observation

Yes, both of mine are always moving about and staring at me and trying to get out............

They seem like they always want attention.

I just got finished giving both of them a bath and cleaning their tank and now they don't want to go back in, they seem to think it's play time all of the time!

Check the temp and make sure it isn't too hot.

Did you clean with a weak bleach solution? Did it get rinsed well enough? Other than trying to escape overpowering smells or temps, he may just feel like doing some laps.........working on the old cardio.....made a new year's resolution to slim down and hide less........LOL

as far as the wagging of the tails thing...yes ive seen that a few times. i cracked up laughing. i have no idea why they do it. perhaps it has something to do with ancestry. maybe the still have a reflex to do somthing that a distant relative, that the evolved from, would do. such as dogs walking in circles before they lie down, patting the snow down (even though it isnt there anymore)

My temps are fine and I just used plain water today to do a quick clean..........They do that all the time, they seem to be playful kids.

One of them was rubbing his head on my rings today trying to get the rest of his shed off of his nose, it was really funny...........

Not as funn as my bearded dragon chasing his own tail last night, I almost wet my pants watching him!
