I was wondering, what is the growth rate of a baby bci as opposed to a bp? I'm seriously about to get one, and was wondering what sort of enclosure I should shoot for. I was thinking about a rubbermaid for the first year or so, then move him into a nice big tank so he can grow... and scare all my friends!! Thanks folks...

Currently Keeping - 4 ball pythons, a redtail boa, and a cali king. Now look, admit it. You know you want to give me an albino ball python.

Man, I been kicking that around for awhile myself.......I read that they grow like 3 to 5 feet the first year and 5 to 7 the second. That's an average I'm assuming, some could be faster or slower. You know how it is.
They are beautiful and well mannered for the most part, but also alot of snake........

Yeah, me too. I'll wager I have one by the end of summer. Or at least another bp.
    They get addicting!

    no doubt they are addicting
boa's are very cool but I would really like to expand the python collection like a water python
anyone know the actual name for the "water python"
and has anyone ever owned one
theres a few in the locale pet store and i thought they looked really cool
Girlfriend: Your room smells like reptile!!!
Me: Are you saying my balls smell??
