Avatar and Profile Picture Change???

Someone please let me know how i go about doing this. I have yet to figure this out, i have tried uploading from photobucket, but it tells me the file is too large. Even though i resized the picture, its not working. I also tried doing this straight from my computer and it tells me the "upload failed".

Registered Users are not able to upload custom avatars. In order to have a custom avatar you'll need to be a BP.net Veteran (two years on the site and 200+ posts) or you'll need to upgrade your membership:

Originally it was supposed to be that way however even new members are able to upload avatar.

To the OP to change or upload your avatar simply go to user CP (on your left) and select edit avatar.
