    Human Heat Pad

They can be bought anywhere- Walmart, KMart, Target, drug stores. They are roughly about 12 in. by 12 in. but dont quote me on the measurements... they typically run from 8-15 dollars. And have 3 way temp select. Just make sure NOT to get one that has AUTO SHUT OFF.

Ditto what Jeanne said.....there 12x12s and there are larger ones that are 24x12 I think.....I get mine at Wal-Mart. The smaller ones go for $9.99 and the larger ones for $14.99.

I have one also...from Walgreens. I used to use it for my feet in the winter...*sigh* The things we sacrifice for our snakes.

LOL, some funny stuff...cool I just got a 40 gallon tank, about 4 feet long, 1 1/2 feet for the depth and width....which size should i get? the 12 by 12 or 24 by 12? Plus I have a 65 watt reptile dome light on top that I may change out to 75 watts...

Thanks in advance. Sorry about pics, I will upload them soon since some of you are curious about what I have and what my setup looks like. Im just not at my home, I'm home for the holidays from college at my parents =)

I think the 12 by 12 should be fine......I don't think you'll need the dome light, unless it is unusually cold in the house.
