for those of you who keep their snakes in rubbermaids. do you still provide hides, even though its in a small dark(ish) space already? for my snakes i have been using pot bases as hides. an adult wont fit under the ones i have and i dont think i have seen any that are much deeper without having a much bigger circumfrence. any ideas on what i should use? (other than logs) ...something thats under 6 inches high.

    rubbermaids and hides

For the bigger snakes, I've seen people use the cheap, colored kitty litter pans.....they work great.....or a dark-colored rubbermaid to fit inside the main cage of appropriate size works well too.
