    Somewhat but not really emergency?

Well its 1:50am here and Pandora is out and about again. Well she just knocked over her water dish and it looks like it soaked the whole bottom of the cage (just paper towel as substrate). So should I take her out right now and change the paper towels? The whole bottom is soaked even under her hides. I think I may grab a shallower dish

I would change it out, while it isn't an emergency, your BP will appreciate not being stuck in a wet cage lol

Does your hand smell like a rat? is it rat shaped? is it 100 Degrees?

if the answer to any of those questions is no, then no your BP isn't going to think that your hand is food. I'm not saying that you won't get bit, but you won't because she thinks that you are dinner... trust me getting a BP to eat isn't that easy

You can handle her for things like this... just no extra handling

No, she isn't going to think your hand is food.
Also, the recommendation of not handling her is to keep from adding any additional stress until she is eating consistently. During this time it is still ok to handle her when you have to do routine maintenance, you just want to limit the amount of time you do handle her.

Okie dokie all changed! that wasnt fun -_- ... I made the homemade hides DIY that I found on this forum were you make hides out of flour and water. Well lets just say I had to throw out (they went mushy) the hides and make some new ones out of kleenex boxes Oh Well she is now dry, has a new water dish and I now know better then to trust a ball python with a somewhat deep water dish lol.
