Problem adapting to new hides - Please help

My girl out grew her old hides and I just bought new bigger hides for her. They ARE identical, and they're not ridiculously or barely bigger, they're just the right size for her to comfortably grow into. My problem is that she is not using them at all. I find her on top of them, next to them, but never inside them. I just find this alarming because I know hue much they like to hide especially during the day and she is not doing this. I'm hoping she gets used to them and will become more comfortable with them. I just put them in 3 days ago.

    Any suggestions/advice???

    Thank you

What kind of hides are they? What do they look like? If they are the half log things, those aren't secure enough. If they are secure enough, maybe it will just take her some time to get over her shock of them being new to her.

If you happen to have any of her recent sheds, rub the inside of the hides with it. Or, clean them with the same stuff and by the same method you used for cleaning her old hides.

They are not half logs, they are rock/cave-like hides I bought from a pet store. They're legit, just foreign to her.

Leave the old ones in there too until she doesn't fit at all anymore. They'll work it out.

And/or, is she eating and otherwise fine? I wouldn't worry about it if she is still feeding. Just give her some time to figure out that they're the same hides she likes, and she'll start using them like before.
