I am very new to this but isn't it normal for bp's to hang out in the branches? Both of mine are always up on the branches I have in the tank.....................

BP's normally like low hides, though they'll enjoy exploring whatever's in their habitats. Hanging out in the branches as a regular thing is not as common, though, especially if they have good floor hides set up.
