I just thought I'd share this pic with everyone, very good example of a healthy bp shed.

    Shed pic.

Our BP has shed 2 or 3 times and we've never seen her actually do it...we just find the skin afterwards.

odd, this is the first time i've ever been able to witness my bp shed. i looked over in the cage and noticed him rubbing his head really hard against his hide, next thing i knew he was finished. whole process took no longer than 45 minutes.

Currently Keeping - 4 ball pythons, a redtail boa, and a cali king. Now look, admit it. You know you want to give me an albino ball python.

Wow Wizill, was that today? I think you were at my house watching one of MY BP I witnessed her shedding, as well! I had never witnessed it before this. Hehe and that's exactly what it looked like today, too bad I loaned my digi cam out last week or I woulda snapped a shot or two. I swear it would have looked exactly like yours

Great pic and a nice healthy snake!

Monty has some really awful sheds, often in a million pieces. It must just be him because both my bbaies have flawless complete sheds every time. It's pretty rare to get perfect bp sheds all the time, guess I'm lucky
