I've got 2 houses, one my parents, and one an apartment i live in for college. my apartment (2 hours from my house) is where i spend most of my time, and is where my snake is housed. I occasionally go back to my other house and everyone there is so curious to see my snake. I normally stay for a few days...so what can i do to make sure he stays warm whenever i take him to my other house for a few days? i don't want to build a whole new tank for him just so he can stay in it a few days out of the month. what do i do?

Rubbermaid box and heating pad?

Rubbermaid boxes are available at most any department store. They're lightweight, strong, easy to clean, and generally affordable. A standard heating pad can be set to low to provide a reasonable amount of heat, again without making a seriously high financial investment. The box can even be used to carry your snake in the car between the two places, if desired. Or, the Rubbermaid box can be stored away at the other location to await the next visit, where it can be quickly and easily set up for the reptilian "guest".

Heat packs and a rubbermaid to get him there, then bring a heat pad for the other house. That should work perfectly.

Invite them to your home!!! I don't like the thought of moving the snake just to show him to your family, friends. It would cause too much stress on the snake.
