Lets give this forum a jump start. These pics are of Macklott's pythons. These are my most recent addictions. They have a nice irridescence, and are amazing to look at. 7 feet is a good sized Macklott's, and they are pretty cheap. Enjoy some pics.
By the way, these aren't mine

Liasis has to be the most amazing family.

Currently Keeping - 4 ball pythons, a redtail boa, and a cali king. Now look, admit it. You know you want to give me an albino ball python.

They can be rather aggressive, although they often become less so as they mature

If you've ever held a 4 foot bp about as thick around as your wrist, they can be a hell of a handful. I had a female who got irritable often and would give me a hard time. She was big enough to fly around with ease, and escape with relative ease. I think this really is needed before a person can make the sudden leap to a seven foot snake. Adult bps can be a handful as well.

LLL, from what I've read, often sells some sickly animals, some with mites, I've heard of them confusing orders as well. Sure, the good far out weight the bad, but I personally wouldn't buy from them. Go with a place trustworthy, like NERD.

    Hee hee...Macklot's LOVE TO EAT!!!

I've always wanted to breed one to a Retic & call the offpsring Big Macks...

In the mean time, here's what can happen when you breed a Macklot's to a Carpet (called a Carplot), and breed the resulting Carplot back to a Diamond python:
