Talking 2 Finished Pieces, and 2 works in Progress

I finally got around to finishing some stuff I've had sitting around for months. I'm rather proud of them! Instead of just posting the finished products, I decided to combine them into a Step-By-Step image. Let me know what you all think. I know the finished pieces are rather dark and gloomy, however they fit along with a story of mine.

    "The Hunger"

    "The Color Theft"

The next two pieces are still work in progress, and both of my original character, Shrii. One is a character sheet that a friend asked for - in which the Armour is heavily inspired by Valkyrie Armour and the game Vindictus. The second is just a character portrait of her that I am working on.

It feels good to art again! *TEARS OF JOY*

I do believe I am going to attempt to draw my Python, Kaa.

Re: 2 Finished Pieces, and 2 works in Progress

Thank you everybody! I am really honored you like my work.

I'm currently in the process of making my own online art portfolio, I like deviant art and all - but I kind of want my own place to direct people to.

@ SlapDirty - I draw most of my work on CS4, but sometimes still work in paint. My precious (tablet) is a Wacom XL IntouS4. It's my baby haha. Most of my best work however, is my traditional stuff. I oil-paint, but since those are so large scale - it is hard to get a quality version of them upload to the computer.

That tablet stuff is really cool, I used to do stuff like that and photoshop, but it was way too tedious becasue I was used to using markers and pens on real paper. Definitely some amazing work though, keep it up!

The development of your figures and characters is quite good too and precise, I espcially love the top two! I can tell you put in a lot of time for all of them, great job
