    Am I doing this right?

I have paired my female with the same male 3 times now and want to make sure the procedure sounds right to some of you who are more experienced than me.
    Day 1 - introduce male
    Day 2 - observe lock
    Day 3 - Remove male
Day 4 - feed both snakes (both eat)
    Day 5 - rest
    Day 6- rest
    Day 7 - rest
Day 8 - feed both snakes (both eat)
    Day 9 - introduce male
    etc.

The pattern continues like this for three times now. Tomorrow I will remove the male after seeing them locked up today. Does this sound like a good pattern to you? My female looks big and is slammin rats. I tried to feel for follicles but do not know what to feel for. She is in super feed mode and I like it that way so have tried to keep handling to a minimum.

I din't have any breeding experiance but I would think that they should have a day or do to digest before they are reintroduced. Maybe someone else can confirm this.

Feed, next day rest, 3 days together, separate on third day paired. Next day rest. Feed, next day rest. Repeat.

    That's how I do it.

I agree with the above schedule, however I... as well as many others out there I know of leave the male in for up to 4 days. Sometimes after locking up one time, they will often separate and lock again soon after. Not hugely important, just what seems to be working for me! Anywhere between 2 to 4 days and the above feed and rest schedule will work just fine for ya!

I also sometimes put an additional male in w the pair if the breeding male isn't quite getting the picture. Put the additional guy in for 10 or 15 mins, then poof! Jealousy!!! Lol.

Looks like a fine schedule to me. Everyone does it different, and it works.
