Check out my thread "Indiana wild animal ban to effect snake owners! PLEASE READ!!!" There is a letter on there written by a lady on iherp.com that anyone can TWEAK to suit themself, and use. It's under one of the replies by myself. It's a decent letter, you just need to address it to whomever represents your state, and edit some of the fine details. =] Thanks for taking action!!!
