    Just some pictures DUW

I took my 3 previously mite infested snakes out today to give them another good soak before work, and I got distracted

Here is my freshly shed and seemingly mite-free 0.1 yellowbelly (BHB)

My 1.0 yellowbelly, also seemingly mite-free (BHB)

    Look at that belly

My 0.1 gorgeous fire (BHB). I did pick a couple more mites off her today, but gave her a nice soaking, and reapplied another layer of Provent-a-mite in her tub...

Now, onto the snakes that have never had mites (I treated everyone to be sure...)
Here's Mark my 1.0 orange ghost...he's such a jerk but I love him. He's finally eating consistently now that I gave in and started offering live, but he ate a f/t mouse for me last week so we'll see. He tags me every chance he gets...but he loves me deep down inside.

Here is one of my 0.1 normals (Eclipse Exotics). She's a strong eater and has a very weird orange hue to her. I'm looking forward to dinking around with her

Here she is with her sister

    And her tummy

Here is my 1.0 pastel, William (Action Reptiles). Just took him out to weigh him (he's off feed...thinks he's gettin' some )

Aaaand last but not least, my 1.0 mojave Vincent (MABalls.net). He's a squirmy but sweet guy, pushing 780 grams.

That's all for now! Thanks for looking

Thanks, it's as under control as I can do right now. Everyone's tubs have been treated with PAM, and the three that confirmed had mites are getting soaked in Dawn water every night, and I pick off and kill any I find. I guess that's all I can do, knock on wood I haven't spotted any on any of my others snakes. Thank god I quarantined. The female yellowbelly had them the worst, and she shed out the other night so a lot of mites got pulled off her with that, I had just reapplied some PAM and today I couldn't find one mite on her

I'm loving that male YB! Crazy cool pattern.

I don't know if anyone told you so this mite (haha) be redundant but you need to be super carefull with PAM and your tarantulas! It will cause sudden arachnid death disorder!

Looking good and best of luck with your new ones!

    Regards,

    B

So coooooool! Even though they aren't as flashy as some other morph they are all so beautiful to me. So jealous.

BUT, EW! Mites! That freaks me out so bad, lol. Makes my skin crawl. It's a huge fear of mine and something that I'd never want to happen to my snakes. I don't know how you dealt with that.
