    Sorry, but I'm taken

But seriously, you'll find someone! If not at a expo, but perhaps here on the forum!
I'm sure there are girls in your area who roam here.

    Good luck!!

Haha sadly it'd probably work and we'd just be like "oh snake person" not "oh dead rats"

Haha. I'm taken here too, although my other half is not nearly as fond of snakes as I am.

We exist. We're just elusive. Do you have the required permits? Maybe that's the problem.

Why limit yourself to snake loving person, is this requirement so important to you? Maybe you are limiting yourself.

I am married to someone who used to be scared of snake, he not any more but it's not like he love them either, or play a part in snake maintenance.

I think a good relationship is one with someone who support and encourage your hobby, does not mean it has to be their hobby or that they have to love it, they just need to be supportive.

Deborah has great advise there. Open minded and supportive are great traits in a partner, if the like or not as long as they are open minded about them and understand they are your pets and you care for them like anybody else does about theirs. I would venture to say if they can't get over that they are maybe not suitable. It doesn't have to be snakes Open and understanding works with every foible regardless of its nature we all have them.

When I met my now husband, I was 15 and told him bluntly I would save my turtle from a burning building before him. He never really had pets before, but stayed around.

He's into all things geeky, and during a time I didn't have the funds to keep up my fish and red eared slider addiction he was sad I didn't have a hobby and tried to get me into gaming. I'm notoriously bad at video games.

Funds are a bit better now and I got my first snake, while he recently got into some trading card games. We enjoy exchanging geekeries. He talks about rare WoW mounts while I talk about thermostats and my desire for a baby hognose. He's held other, calmer snakes and pets my skittish new albino. He even calls him by his name! We had people over, and he was very adamant that Oliver got his privacy and sounded like the father of a newborn (we don't have kids). He's not exactly a "reptile lover" but he respects them and respects me.

Best quality in a partner who doesn't share an interest.
