Undergoing some major changes

I am here to kind of rant about my health. My body is undergoing some major changes. I was just at the doctor on Friday and have discovered some health issues that I never thought I would have. Being woman is a journey and can be a rough road as your body undergoes major changes. I am feeling a bit depressed and like my whole life is changing. I will not share what changes I am experiencing as they are rather very personal but I think the ladies here will understand what I am talking about. I am just not ready for these changes, I am only 38 years old. I know to some of you younger folks that sounds pretty old. Life has just not prepared for me any of this. If you read this, thank you for doing so and listening to my rant.

I feel for you - as a 40 year old woman I totally know what you are going through!
But try not to look at is as a loss, but as the doorway to the next phase.
