    richsballpythons@hotmail.com is NOT Rich Kedzierski

Today a member from Fauna contacted me stating i sent them a email about wanting to
do a trade. I never sent the email and the member got confused as the
email had my First and Last name attached to it along with Stolen
    Pictures.

here is the original Email forwarded from the Member. This could of
turned VERY VERY Ugly against me if this guy sent snakes first thinking
    it was me.

If anyone got an email from this email Please post about this so it can
be traced. I have my suspicions of who it is but wont name anything
    without proof.

Pictures that were attached to the email are below. I dont own these
snakes so if anyone knows where they came from it would be nice to let
    them know.

I traced the email and it bounces to China, so who ever it is in using a Proxy.

I already contacted Microsoft and they are investigating the Email account and ISP it came from.

Please if an email from me is not richsballpythons@gmail.com then its NOT ME!!!!

    Rich,

I didn't change title or anything. Shandra@radpythons.com is my wife's
E-mail. We will try to get his address pretending to want to make a trade
and see where it gets us.

Hi, I saw your ad on Fauna and I was wondering if you might still be
interested in a trade. I would love to get my hands on a Super Cinny and
the bumblebee. I have a few higher end morphs for trade. I will attach a
few pictures I have and you can see if anything catches your eye.

If you do see something you would like, please email me back asap.
I have a great reputation on Fauna with many references. I would prefer
not to ship first if we did trade. I will gladly send you my references
and all that if needed. I also have many good guy BOI's.

    Thank you.
    -Rich

First picture: Awesome Champagne male. This guy is now about 115g.
Second picture: Clown female. She is also just over 100g.
Last picture: SuperStripe. Picture speaks for itself. This guy is a
stunner. Right now he is about 160g.

That is a very serious offence. I hope that you find and stop the person responsible!

Rich, the clown picture is from The Painted Python's website. I knew it looked familiar as I sold it to him. I'll let them know.

Rich if the photo is copyrighted that is another issue. Copyright infringement perhaps you might be able to get together with the owner of the image to increase the gravity of the issue.

Geeeez, I sure hope this isn't a new trend in scams-r-us. How horrible! The faster and harder he can be shut down, the less likely it will be that others will try this. I'm very sorry this happened to you, Rich...but I'm glad it happened to be someone with the nerves and the wit to DO something about it. Too many people would just sit back and whine. Keep us in the loop!!
