Normal probe temp for AP rack?

Just got my first rack. Animal Plastics CB70. Its been running at full blast for 24 hours now at 100%, but the probe will not register over 80 degrees. However the accurite in the tub hit 91 on the warm end. I have their dual side radiant heat option. Just curious if this sonds like a normal discrepancy to those of you that have the same/similar racks?

    Where is your probe?

I always had great luck with the dual side heat Ap offers when I had their racks

What temp is the room they are in?

The room its in is a bit on the colder side, probably just a tad under 70. The probe is in the recessed probe "spot" on the shelf.

The temp in the tubs are fine, the accurite i have inside them is hitting 91. I am just asking if its normal for there two be such a difference between that temp and the probe temp?

Room temp plays a roll in the Probe temps/readings.

could be room is too cool and causing air around probe to cool down, and or the probe is bad...
