Herp Vet in AZ?

Just wondering if anyone has a good herp vet they would recommend in the Phoenix or Northern AZ area?

My GF's spider has a hard lump under its jaw so we're looking for a vet to call and talk to first before taking her in.

I know of a really good vet in phoenix who also keeps reptiles. Unfortunately I dont know his name, The only thing I know is that he is off Carefree highway. Wish i could help more but I dont remember the details.
