New pickup, a pair of proven het ghosts

Both snakes are amazing looking to me. The female het ghost hatched out my visual orange ghost in 2010. She laid eggs the last three years. She hasn't laid this year, yet. Even if she doesn't go for me this upcoming season it's fine with me because I bought them for $150!

I thought I share some photos I snapped real quick before they went into the quarantine tubs.

    Female Het Ghost

    Male Het Ghost

The male has a bump on the tip of his nose, I'm not sure what from. I didn't ask. He also has weird eyes they are almost green.

I'll take some better pictures when they settle in.

I can't believe the deal I just got

Here is a picture of my 2010 female orange ghost next to a normal het piebald to show the quality my new pickups produce.

So the female het ghost You just bought is the mother of a snake you already own? That's pretty cool
Good price on her too, nice deal

    Just an update...

The breeder said he took the male to the vet and the vet told him it was nothing. He just recommended putting a little bit of petroleum jelly on it every once in awhile. They are settling in well.

I had an extra medium frozen thawed rat left over last night. I decided to let the female het ghost have a whack at it. She didn't hesitate at all. I'm glad I got some more good eaters! It always makes me happy.
