    Dakota Zoo (DUW)

My boyfriend and I went to the Dakota Zoo here in Bismarck, ND.
Were not big fans of this zoo, some things are cared for and others not so much...Its a very small zoo with even smaller unfit exibits. But its one of the few zoos in the state.
Either way we got some okay shots of some of the inhabitants good or bad.

A "corn snake" as the zoo has this snake labled..

This poor Chinchilla is housed with 3 others, outside in the heat of summer in an outdoor shed type exhibit. Im sure he died later that evening.

Note the food they feed their waterfowl is a grocery store bagged salad mix, also crushed corn.

Thank you, actually we hate our camera lol its very old and has tons of scratches on the lens and such. But its a Sony Cyber-Shot.
Were thinking of getting a new sony but noone carries the brand around here. Evedentially the company charges too much of a cut for stores.
