    Need your opinion

These babies just shed. Two of the babies in the clutch of 6 look like the baby in the middle. Almost gray. The baby on the left is real orange and the other four are normal looking. Do you think there is something going on or is it just variation of normal coloring?

What were the parents? If they are both normals I wouldn't think they would be anything else but normals.

    What was the pairing?!

It could be a bunch of things. It looks fantastic - that's for sure. It could be just another example of normal variation, it could be something different, or it could be that the colors didn't develop the same way due to an incubation issue.

If there were no issues with incubation, then I'd for sure take it back to one of the parents and see what comes up from that clutch, to see if it can be proved out genetic.

I just figured it out. I must of switched up a couple of my hets when I moved last year. I thought the pairing was dbl het snow male to het albino female. I just went and looked at pics I posted on iherp in 2008 and figured out what I had done. The paring was actually dbl het snow male to dbl het true ghost female. So they are axanthic pos het albino and ghost. I got 1.1 axanthics and 2.2 pos triple hets.
