Richmond Show canceled in July...anyone know why?

Didn't intend to rhyme but it did.

So I just saw that the July Richmond show is canceled. Anyone know why this is? Thankfully there is still a small show being put together that I hope to attend. July 17th I think, off Iron Bridge Road. But still. Why the cancellation?

My guess is that no one wanted to vend at the show? I've heard the attendance at the show was very low and vendors weren't selling much. I've never done the show myself but heard from several people it's not worth vending at.

Yea, attendance has kind of sucked at the show and it is a small show to start off with. Just sucks because it is so close to me. It would be nice if we had a more frequent show. I've been letting people that come into my workplace know about the Richmond show every chance I get and I've gotten a few people to go.

A local reptile store owner is putting together a small show a short drive away for this month, so I might try to attend that one. He's hoping it will develop into a regular show.

Yea, that's pretty much all I bought at the last Richmond show. I'm not allowed to buy any snakes right now. But I still like to go and look at what people have. I'm hoping in the next few years I can begin vending at a show or two.
