Who has been to the Hamburg PA show?

As far as Ball Morphs, what do they have? Basic stuff like Spiders, Pinstripes, Mojave's, Bee's, Pastels, etc?

Has anyone seen Desert's, Champagne's, Pied Combo's, Tripple Gene Morphs? I just want to know if its worth traveling 4 1/2 hours one way??

Re: Who has been to the Hamburg PA show?

I go to every Hamburg show, though I only drive an hour and 20 min.

Not sure that I ever saw a Champagne there.

There was a Bumble Bee pied there last month.

In the past I have seen a few Axantic combos. Spinner Blast as far as triple gene.

But it also depends on what show. Some shows are slower than others. Last show was bad timing, not much going on. Febuary is very popluar.

There is a guy who works with ghosts - humble bees, honey bees, etc.

Depends who's at the show. Sometimes yes and sometimes no. If your looking for ball morphs the show in White Plains NY is the show for you. BHB, Joe Compel, Vin Russo, and a ton of other ball breeders as well. The website for the show is www.reptileexpo.com

I haven't been to the Hamburg show in a few years, it's about a 9 hour drive for me. And i admit I go looking at vens. Overall, I like the Hamburg shows.

We went to the last one (our first Hamburg show) and I wasnt really all that impressed with it... saw the Bumble Bee Pied and realized how sad I was that I didnt have money for it. But otherwise it was all basic stuff to me... I am hoping to go this saturday though... hoping it may be a little bit better than last time.

I haven't been before, but I'm going this Saturday. I'm going in search of a Hog Island boa though. I've heard the shows can get pretty big and really crowded.

Re: Who has been to the Hamburg PA show?

Its 6-7 hrs of driving from VA Beach (depending on traffic and which way you go up) we left home at like 2:30/3:00 and got there roughly around 8:30 and the line was already getting pretty freaking long... and it just got more crowded as the day went so my advice is to leave early enough to arrive around 8 or so to avoid having to stand outside in the horrendous line that formed... and if you see a good deal or something you may be interested in your first trip around.. make sure u jump on it when you see it instead of coming back around... we missed out on a nice Pied male with med-high white... because we "overlooked" it our first round... and make sure u take a break and sit down otherwise standing/walking for 6 hours hurts like hell later..

If you are looking for something it will probably be there and if you come across a deal unless its expensive don't pass it up cause it probably wont be there.

Last time I did not see any hog islands there, but who knows what will be there each time or maybe there was before I got there. I did see a pied I wanted...but didnt want to spend that much

I'll wait for a few hours and if I miss something oh well

I haven't seen any champs personally and only a couple deserts. Just atop by Colin Weaver's table I'm sure he will have a few tripple and maybe a quad for you... Overall one of our favorite shows
