a few pics from the Rocky Mountain Reptile Expo

I went to the RMRE for the first time today with my wife Jess(jsmorphs2) and a few friends from bp.net. It was a decent show, a little smaller than I expected after being used to the Scott Smith show back in Illinois. Talked with some great people and breeders and set up an appointment to check out Pro Exotics facility next weekend can't wait for that!

    Aaron(shmoges) and I @ a vendor's table

    A Vivarium set up

    Boas and Balls tables

    a Dumeril's @ Art in Scales tables

    a panther chameleon

    same panther, other side

sorry there are so few pictures, I'm easily distracted AND forgot too charge my camera battery before hand. I'm surprised I remembered to bring my camera @ all....

after the show we hit up a local pet store where Judy(JLC) and her daughter Petra got to hold a Green Anaconda

It was a pretty cool show. Good to hear you set up an appointment with PE. Andy is pretty nice and won't steer you wrong.

My daughter and I were amazed with the chameleon. After all was said and done we only walked out of there with a nice female pinstripe for me and a Mexican red rump T for the wife. Would have bought more, but the guy was taking cash only. I'll post up pics of the new additions. Need to post up new ones anyways.

It was definately a great time I love dums too, and Jess was tellling me you want one. I love the oranges, blues, and greys they have. He was yawning for a good 30 seconds, and I still almost missed it cause I had to wait for the camera to boot up I wish I would have gotten a picture of the group but, (insert french quote I don't know how to spell but love to use)

Meet up at the next herp society meeting if you're in the area and get to know us I may not be there for the next, um, year or so, but my wife Jess, Aaron, Jackie, and Brett should be. Judy may not be there either. Everyone in the core group are really fun people and I can't wait to get back here (Colorado Springs) to hang out with everyone again
