Two females one cage?

Hey,
I'm just wondering weather or not it's suitable to house two female ball python's that are the same age and size together? I have the means to house them separately so that's not a problem but I was just curious weather or not it was ok to do it. ( Ofcourse having a quarantine period to make sure they're both healthy)

It is definitely MUCH MUCH better for you to house them separately. They arent inherently social animals, and they will end up competing for space, hides, and heat, and usually the "loser" will end up refusing feed, plus it will help reduce and control any diseases or parasites (if one gets it at least the other is less likely to).

There are some species where you can keep females together no problem (like leopard geckos) but ball pythons are not one of them.
