For some reason one of my C. cerastes thinks she is an eyelash viper. She seems to really enjoy hanging out up in the grape wood; I catch her up there quite often.

I've had a few that have done that over the years. Certain individuals seem more prone to it than the species in general in my experience. I've kept maybe 6 or 8 for long enough to have noticed behavior patterns.

They are really neat snakes.

i absolutely love rattlesnakes but will never own one my favorite has to be the western diamondback but im definitely never gonna own one only look at them in the zoo and on the side of road beautiful snake btw
