    Re: roaches as feeders?

Yeah way better then crickets and they don't smell like crickets I breed B. Dubias and as long as they have food and water they do the rest, really easy to care for

they are better feeders than crickets. Their chitlin ratio is much less (so more meat per bug for your gecko and less hard exoskeleton to digest and poop out). They live longer than crickets too. Dubias live for a year before dieing off, compared to crickets that live for like 6-8 weeks.

Roaches are an excellent bearded dragon food, just mix up the foods you are feeding your dragons don't feed roaches every day. dragons will readily eat roaches constantly.when feeding pick out the fresh molts and nymphs to feed.

I feed 100's of roaches every month, it seems to keep them fat and healthy.

Dubias are way better than crickets...Have a bunch in the house breeding away...Super easy to raise and maintain and a great staple for the beardies...I'll never do crickets again..
