bp killed rat but didnt eat

should i leave it in there or should i take it out and warm it back up a little bit she ate fine last week and i went to the store today and got her another rat and i put it in her tank and all she did was kill it and it gave her a little bit of a problem when she struck it wanted to jump around and yelped and then she finished him off but left him laying and now seems like she dont want nothing to do with it any1 know why.

Sounds like a defensive move. I had a girl that was uncomfortable when I moved her in the adult tub. Anything I put in there shed either strike at it or kill it but not eat it. As soon as I moved her back into the smaller tub she went back to her old self. Point of the matter seems to be is your bp is uncomfortable and felt threatened by the rat in her space. So she killed it. You can freeze it and try again. But you are going to have to fix
    Whatever is troubling her.

And sometimes there is nothing wrong and the snake just doesn't want to eat but will defend it's territory.
I have a 7 month old het albino female that kills quite often and doesn't eat it.
She has killed and not eaten 12 times since Aug. but is still a healthy 350 grams.
She is growing slower than my others but just refuses to eat more than one meal every 7 to 10 days.
Same rack as my other snakes, same temps, nothing different except she refuses to be pushed into eating.
So I accept that fact and feed her before others just in case she doesn't swallow her kill so I can offer it to my garbage pail spider male who will eat anything anyway and almost anytime, lol.
